The only upside was being able to walk to the beach. We had a ground-floor room, and it felt disgusting as soon as we walked in, with a bad smell and marks on the walls. The toilet was worse: the health faucet was broken, there were water stains everywhere, and sewage water dripped from the ceiling while using the washroom. There was also a huge cockroach in the room. Wouldn't recommend staying here. Yuck.

The rooms were comfortable and roomy, and the room service was good. The pool was cleaned regularly, too. There wasn't a wardrobe or anywhere to store luggage, though. It's a nice place for the price in Goa, close to Calangute beach and the market areas.

I really enjoyed the rooms and amenities at The Bevvan Resort. We used the locker room and liked the room and showers, which left us feeling pampered. Their service is always the best. Treat yourself to a night here, you won't be disappointed.

Calling it a resort didn't make it feel like one to me. The rules gave it more of a hostel feel, and room service ran according to their convenience. Power cuts and the backup didn't meet our comfort needs. There is on-road parking.

I stayed here in December 2014, and it was the worst hotel I've ever been to. It felt more like a 'Dharmshala' or lodge than a hotel. There was no room service or housekeeping, so you had to handle everything yourself. No intercoms in the rooms either, which says a lot about how they operate. The staff behaved badly, and both the owner and staff were rude. They make fools of customers. Avoid this place.
