I’m posting this late, but wanted to mention how disappointing the stay was. The rooms didn’t feel clean, and the price seemed too high for what was offered. Even complimentary water bottles weren’t provided. The dining area was poorly kept, and there was a strong bad smell in the washroom. The lift felt unsafe and was barely big enough for two people. The location wasn’t very good either, and the owner’s online photos don’t match the property’s actual condition. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We paid 10k for 3 nights and 2 rooms, and the stay felt completely worthless. The rooms were in terrible shape, with no cleanup before we arrived, and the cleaning we asked for was delayed. The washrooms smelled awful, like something had died in them. The refrigerator was yellowed, dirty, and unhygienic, and the mugs were broken. The whole place felt unpleasant and unsanitary. It doesn’t seem worth either the price or the rating, and this didn’t feel like a one-time problem. The place seems to have been deteriorating for months. Don’t be fooled into thinking it’s a 3-star hotel.

I couldn’t stay the whole time and checked out early. The room was filthy, the bedsheets had stains, and there was a horrible smell as soon as I walked in. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly and the shower didn’t work. Staff came across as unprofessional and uninterested in helping. For what I paid, it was a complete disaster.

The staff were nice, and the hotel was very good. Room service was good, and the washrooms were clean. I’d recommend this hotel.
