It's close to calangute beach, and the rooms are okay for the price. But maintenance is awful, and you can't count on room service.

I booked a standard AC room online through the Agoda app, but the hotel staff member had a very bad attitude. The room was extremely dirty, including the bathroom and balcony. Don't go.

The stay is reasonably priced, though the rooms are smaller than at other places.

The food was the best part, with an excellent menu that was extensive and seasonal to a particularly high standard. It felt like fine dining and could be expensive, but seemed worth it. They run different deals on different nights, so it's worth checking before you book. Highly recommended for the food. Our stay, though, was uncomfortable and affected our vacation. The room wasn't clean: the floor didn't look brushed, there was hair on the toilet floor, and the corners were dusty. At reception, the staff seemed unprofessional and weren't approachable or helpful. A thin lady receptionist in an oversized coat was very rude and seemed provocative, like she might start an argument. I also felt harassed in front of the two staff members. When we tried to explain our side as guests, she shut us down instead of listening first. Even with a cheap room rate, the poor service made it not worth the price.
