The deal I got through the OYO app was good, and there’s enough parking. The hotel is close to major beaches like Calangute and sinquelim, and Agora fort is nearby. A few of the staff were very good. Even so, I didn’t enjoy the stay and wouldn’t return. The rooms and balconies were much smaller than they looked in the app photos. The pool was tiny and would get crowded with a big group or if other guests showed up. Food tasted poor and wasn’t properly cooked, and there was a high chance of getting a different item than the one ordered. Even though I asked several times for cleaning or fresh linen during my 3-night stay, nothing was done. The reception extension wasn’t working during my stay, and no one had told me or suggested calling the landline number. For every request I had to go to reception or find staff on my floor. The hotel also has no sign on the main road for its turnoff, and Google Maps only gets you to that road, so it’s hard to find the first time. We arrived during the Valentine Weekend, from 10th Feb'18 to 13th Feb'10. They don’t allow early check-in and tell you to arrive after 12, but insist you check out before 11. I don’t understand why our room wasn’t ready until 12:30 if checkout is at 11. Thanks. Anuj Kumar. Booking ID: GJUH4267.

For a budget hotel, it was okay and the newly build property looked clean. The staff were amazing and helpful. The washrooms smelled very bad even with the exhaust running all day, and the breakfast could be better. The pool was small but clean, though not really suitable for swimming.

The rooms are small and damp, there’s no pool, and the wifi didn’t work. Hot water wasn’t available 24 hours, and breakfast choices were limited. The kitchen hygiene wasn’t good either. I wouldn’t suggest it for families, though it may be okay for college students or a group of men.

The room wasn't luxurious, though the AC worked fine and there was a balcony. Candolim Beach is around 5-6 km away, but the market nearby has everything and isn't too crowded. Room service is available and the staff are good. The hotel isn't affected by the June month; it also has a nice buffet setup.

The pool was clean and tidy, and breakfast was decent, unlike what I've had at some other hotels. We were glad we chose this place: everything was great, and the staff were kind and helpful. Sudesh at reception deserves a special thanks. I'd happily return and recommend it to others.
