The buffet was a highlight for us. Over all three nights, every dish we tried was fresh, tasty, and well prepared. Ram was especially welcoming and friendly, and his hospitality really added to the stay. The staff were kind throughout, and the clean, spacious, comfortable room made our three nights relaxing. We’d happily come back to Neelam Glitz.

I left completely dissatisfied. The service was poor: even after we told them about something in the morning, it still hadn’t been provided by night, and the night staff were rude and unresponsive. The rooms were dimly lit, and neither breakfast nor the other food had any taste. Neelam The Glitz doesn’t feel like a proper 4-star hotel. Think twice before booking.

You’re close to the market, eateries, and ocean, but the property itself is average at best, and below average in some ways. The balcony view is poor and the pool wasn’t maintained. Breakfast wasn’t exciting, and the f&b manager wasn’t helpful. There was no made-to-order breakfast, and we were charged extra for a basic alternative like a different omelette or egg. Our room also had maintenance issues: no hot water, broken kettles, and housekeeping didn’t replace glasses or toilet paper when needed.

The food was really tasty, just like back home in our city of surat. They even had a customised menu to suit our city, which made it feel like home. A very nice stay, and I’ll definitely visit again.
