The homely atmosphere made the stay lovely, and the food did too. My mum enjoyed it as well. The location is fantastic and close to the Carol baug shops, so you can shop till you drop. It’s well connected by train too, though we didn’t use it.

The accommodation and breakfast were good, but some staff behaviour wasn’t. I stayed two days, and when I asked for water bottles on the second day, reception said they weren’t free, even though the package included two complimentary bottles each day. One incharge, Mr Sharma, treated me as if I were staying for free. Very unprofessional.

I came back after almost five years and the team recognized me instantly. The place is still being kept impeccable, and it’s managed really well. It’s a calm spot near Karol Bagh market. Great work Bajaj home! This is definitely my home when I’m in Delhi, and I’m delighted to return.

The service is good, but the rooms are small and have no ventilation. They cook and serve Non - Veg food here. Travellers, take note if you expect a Pure Vegetarian Hotel. Some hotels in the North claim to be pure veg but also serve non-veg, as I found at hotel Hong Kong Inn in Amritsar too.

The staff were nice, and the manager helped a lot with information and logistics. It’s a simple, clean hotel. If you just need a night, dinner was fresh and delicious, like a home cooked Indian meal.
