Being close to the airport made getting around easy for a traveler. The hotel was spotless, from the rooms to the common areas, and the attention to cleanliness showed. I also enjoyed the delicious food, with plenty of freshly prepared options and lovely presentation. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional, and the staff were welcoming, attentive, and ready to help. They made me feel at home. A fantastic stay, and I’d highly recommend it! ❤️

They wouldn't accept a digi-locker ID, and deliveries weren't allowed inside, so I had to go out to collect them. The rooms were good, but mine was missing some things, including a kettle and bathing accessories.

Housekeeping needs serious improvement. My bedsheets were rarely changed, and I was given dirty ones that looked as if more than three previous guests had used them. The geyser also stopped working every day, and staff seemed hardly concerned about fixing it. Cleanliness and maintenance were unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The hotel itself was great, but its Google Maps pin caused a frustrating problem for me as a traveler. The marked point isn't the actual location. The hotel is behind the bypass Road, on the opposite side of the main road, so I hope this helps anyone reading.

I've stayed here many times, and it's the best budget hotel. Just don't order the food. It's really bad, the prices don't match the standard, and it smells. Better to order from outside.
