OPO Essential Rodali

Rodali Hotel was a pleasant place to stay in Karol Bagh, New Delhi, and I found it good value for a central location. It could suit tourists or business travelers on a budget, especially if you want to explore the city or use public transport. Karol Bagh Metro Station is a short walk away, and shops, eateries, and local markets are close by. The staff were polite and helpful with check-in and check-out, and answered my questions about the area, which is especially useful on a first Delhi visit. My room was comfortable and generally clean, with air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and basic amenities. Guests also mention the maintained interiors and cozy beds. The hotel restaurant had good vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices, and breakfast offered a decent variety.

Neeraj Singh gave good service. I had a really wonderful stay at Hotel opo rodali with my family recently. The staff were welcoming, the hospitality was lovely, and our room was very clean, cozy, and peaceful. The food was nice too.

I had a disturbing experience at OPO Essential Rodali during a night check-in on 22 May 2026. I ultimately called the police because I felt unsafe, chose not to stay, and booked another hotel that night. I’d waited outside for parking help for around 15 minutes, honking, but nobody came. The hotel is on a narrow lane with parking issues, so I had to find a spot myself. When I went in and politely asked reception for guidance, they answered rudely and said it wasn’t their responsibility. They sent me to the night manager, who was asleep on the sofa. When I questioned the behavior, the manager, identified to me as Tayatram Khan, argued aggressively and spoke in an extremely disrespectful way. He threatened serious harm, saying words to the effect that I wouldn’t even realize when I disappeared. This was shocking and completely unacceptable. This was far beyond bad service for me, it raised a serious safety concern. I strongly advise families and travelers to avoid the hotel.

The service was prompt, courteous, and focused on guests, and the modern amenities were well maintained and met comfort needs. The hotel is conveniently near transport and major attractions. Its food was good, though we're choosy and also preferred trying outside options. I found the stay a great mix of luxury, convenience, and warmth.
