The room smelled musty, and they didn't use room freshener even after we asked. Neither the main door nor the toilet door had doorknobs, so if you got locked in, you'd need someone to help you out. The staff were rude and spoke a little "extra." We were three guys and checked out at 1:30 instead of 12:00, but we'd mentioned this at check-in and they agreed. At checkout, a staff member said we were very late, took our phones to write a review himself, and put 3:00 as our checkout time 😂. There were no elevators, and the stairs were steep and risky. Our room was on the 4-5th floor, so getting there was really tiring.

We made an unplanned trip to Nizamuddin and got to the hotel around 11 PM. Sami Akhtar and Javed quoted 2k per night, but we needed to stay until 1 AM the next day for our 4 AM train. They said hotel rules wouldn't allow that, then offered room 306 on the 4th floor for 24 hours for another 800. We agreed and paid. While scanning a QR code, they directed us to their personal one instead of the hotel's, and we were in a hurry, so we used it. At 12 AM the next day, staff told us to leave. The receptionist said Sami and Javed had pocketed the money and it hadn't reached the owner.

We reached the hotel in Nizamuddin at 11 PM and spoke with Sami Akhtar and Javed, who quoted 2,000 per night. Since our train was at 4 AM, we asked to stay until 1 AM the next day, but they refused, citing hotel policy. They then offered room 306 on the 4th floor for 24 hours for an extra 800 and asked us to pay by scanning their personal QR code. After paying, we were told to vacate by 12 AM the next day. The receptionist said Sami and Javed had taken the payment and not given it to the hotel. They also charged an extra 600.

Requests were handled quickly, and check-in and checkout went smoothly. The staff were polite, helpful, and ready to assist. The service felt professional and was excellent.

The room quality was poor. I booked two nights, and the bathroom door was broken at the bottom center. There were lots of cockroaches in the room. I wouldn't recommend it.
