Hotel Western Blu

My father has felt at home at WesternBlu from his first day there, and he doesn’t want to leave, even after I looked at hotel apartments where he could cook and several nearby restaurants. He values the team’s warmth, respect, and professionalism. He’s stayed in many hotels across Delhi and thinks WesternBlu goes beyond what you’d expect of a three-star place. After living abroad for years and traveling extensively, he finds it easily comparable to a four-star experience. The meals made by the master chef have been tailored to his dietary needs and prepared without spice because of his ongoing hospital treatment. They’ve brought him a lot of comfort, and he feels treated like family. The housekeeping manager keeps his room immaculate, and the receptionists have been courteous and welcoming. The whole team has consistently been proactive and considerate about his comfort. I’m sincerely grateful to the staff and management for their care and attention throughout his stay.

We held a function in Sapphire hall a few days ago for just 50 people, and the food and service were pathetic. The team stood around idle instead of looking after guests, and the manager responsible had no answers. Be careful and think it through before booking an event here. I wouldn’t recommend it even for a small get-together.

We booked this place for a Lohri event for 50 people. The service was very poor, and the staff seemed focused only on collecting payment. They were highly unprofessional and didn’t know how to give guests a good experience.

The rooms were very good, the food was delicious, and the staff were humble and supportive. I enjoyed my business trip stay at Hotel western blu.
