The rooms were in bad shape, smelled unpleasant, and had unsanitary bedding. The doors also lacked proper locks and could easily be opened from outside, which felt like a serious security risk. The office staff and management acted unprofessionally and seemed to be trying to get money through questionable means.

We'd booked 10 rooms, but the hotel staff tampered with the room keys and charged us an extra 800, even though we'd returned the keys to them. The manager was very rude, and the rooms were in bad condition. They don't have locks, so you can't lock a room if you want to.

The hotel is in poor shape. Doors, lights, AC, and even geysers weren't working, and the handles were broken on almost every room door. The service was awful, and there was no network coverage. The receptionist is a fake person, and everything he says is a lie. A big no to this place.

I gave it one star only because there was no option for zero. The staff were rude and spoke to me terribly. They completely ruined my mood. Don't come here.

The one thing going for this hotel is that it's close to Sector 15 metro station. The rooms are in awful shape, with cigarette butts, used condoms and beer bottles scattered around. It seems to be used by unmarried couples, young and old, for a few hours. Online room rates look very low, but they ask for extra money.
