OYO 64637 Coral Plaza Hotel

The owner spoke to customers very rudely. Cleaning was poor, the washroom was in terrible condition, and they didn’t provide hot water or a towel. The hygiene was awful.

The room was way too expensive for how dirty it was. There was no geyser, shampoo, soap, hand wash, or even a towel.

We were two families with four kids and stayed for one night. The online photos looked nice, but the rooms were awful and poorly kept. The bed, bathroom, quilts, pillows, and room all smelled, and neither the floor nor the rest of the room had been cleaned. Food was very expensive, and there was no hot water. Not worth the money, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The hotel we first arrived at had no room for us, so they sent us to Coral Plaza as a backup and wanted to charge us double. We refused. The location was filthy, and the hotel exterior was crumbling. Inside, there was dust and dirt everywhere, with ripped, dirty sheets. There was no Wi-Fi, the shower didn’t work, and neither did the AC. Staff initially tried to help when we reported the shower and AC, but became less helpful as we raised more problems. We’ve backpacked around the world with very low expectations, yet this was easily the worst place we’ve ever stayed. If the listing advertises AC, a shower, and Wi-Fi, those basics should be there. This stay was unacceptable.
