Hotel Mannat bhera enclave

They basically just give you a room to sleep in, nothing else. There wasn’t a single bottle of water, and basic things like a towel, soap set, and bath kit never arrived even after we asked over and over. Staff kept ignoring us and were rude and arrogant. The geyser didn’t work, there was no bucket in the washroom, and there were lots of mosquitoes. Please don’t book here, you’ll regret it.

Customer service was poor. The front desk staff were rude or unhelpful, and it was difficult to get problems resolved or refunds. Management or staff acted unprofessionally.

The location is good, and the room was good, too. The staff were professional, friendly, and familiar. I’d recommend it to others.

The rooms and service were just OK. It’s a budget hotel in Paschim Vihar, right on the main road and on the building’s first floor.
