My room was spotless, comfortable, and well cared for. Everyone on staff was attentive and supportive, and I felt right at home. I absolutely loved staying here, a fantastic experience ❤️

For a short stay, the rooms are generally decent, with basic amenities and a comfortable setup. Staff are cooperative, and check-in and check-out are usually smooth. Hotel True Stay near New Delhi Railway Station (Paharganj) is handy for reaching the station and nearby markets quickly. Its central location works well for transit, solo trips, and budget travel. A good choice if affordability and connectivity are what you need.

We booked eight rooms for three days, and they were in very bad, untidy condition and smelled awful. I wouldn't suggest this hotel to anyone.

After staying here long enough, I found that the AC remotes don't work, the water supply is unreliable, and there are bugs. Sometimes the AC or water gets switched off on purpose. One of the worst places to stay.

There's a foul smell coming from the AC, no ventilation, no cleaning, and poor service. This is a really bad hotel, not even worth Rs 500.
