RoseMallow Hotel New Delhi

The food was one of the best parts of my stay at Rose Mallow Hotel. What I ordered was fresh and full of flavor. The team was friendly and went out of their way to help, and the New Friends Colony location made it easy to get around Delhi while still feeling fairly relaxed and upscale. I was let down by check-in, though. I had chosen express check-in, but even after pre-registering, my room was only assigned at the usual check-in time. I waited like a walk-in, and it didn’t seem the front desk made use of the express option. It’d help if they streamlined that process. Once I got into the room, everything else was flawless. Rose Mallow is a good option if you want helpful staff and good food, but don’t count on getting in early through the express service.

The breakfast was fresh and had plenty of variety. The reception team were polite and considerate, and the service and hospitality were excellent. I’ve stayed here three times over the past five years, including 12 days on this visit. Thanks to Jitendra Ji for being so cooperative and considerate. The location is great too.

The shuttle service to NTA worked well, and the hotel felt cool even as Delhi was getting hotter. I was there as an Expert during my first Delhi trip on 21.04.2026. At Rore Mallow Hotel, the accommodation facilities were good, and the male receptionist handled things very nicely. I was especially pleased by how quickly check-in went.

The place was neat and clean, and the food was good. But the rooms are really small, with nowhere proper to put your luggage. It’s fine for one person staying a day, though. Room service needs work too. Waiting hours just to get drinking water isn’t acceptable.
