The breakfast selection was missing items, and the food was only average. Getting luggage from reception down to the ground floor was awkward because the lift doesn't reach it. The room wasn't clean, with cockroaches and flies, and the bedsheet had lots of stains of unknown origin. Below average overall.

I expected a hygienic stay, but the cleanliness was disappointing.

I was only there for five hours overnight, so I slept in my jacket instead of raising the issue with the blanket. The bedsheets and blankets were dirty, and the room had no soundproofing. There was a smell of smoke despite the no-smoking signs. When I asked about it, the staff member said, "Sir logon ko kaise mana kar sakte hai". There was no accountability. I didn't expect much at this price, but basic cleanliness was lacking. I'm not sure how the hotel has such a high rating. I wouldn't recommend it.

It's okay for a stay, though it wasn't very clean.

Worst experience I've ever had. I'm giving one star only because I can't choose less.
