There's no room service, and when I asked for food they brought poor-quality outside food. It's just about okay for a day or so, and seems better suited to attendants staying long term near the hospital. The room is clean and functional, with a TV, but the plain white walls and stone counter with a stainless steel kitchen sink look odd. The AC wire is lying on the floor and the set-top box is hanging from wires. Maintenance needs attention.
Service and amenities are very poor, and cleanliness is little to nonexistent. Nearby hotels offer much better rooms for similar prices. This place wouldn't deserve even last choice.
Kind staff and good service helped make the stay okay, but cleanliness was lacking. There were lots of mosquitoes, and the things in both the room and washroom were badly stained. Just an OK stay.
The area was quiet, staff were good, and Okhla vihar metro is nearby. I had a good stay in a clean, spacious room with a king-size bed.
Subhash handles problems promptly, and the service is good. It's a comfortable, dependable place to stay.
