We booked a room with three beds a week ahead and visited the hotel in person to check it out. The manager promised we'd get that same room and took a quarter of the payment as a deposit. When we arrived, he gave us a tiny room that could barely fit two people. He wouldn't offer anything bigger and still wanted to charge us in full. He argued with us and laughed at our situation. It seemed he had knowingly booked our room to someone else. Stay away. They may give your prebooked room to someone else and put you in a terrible one.

I booked through Oyo, called the hotel to confirm, then came all the way there with my luggage along cramped streets. At the hotel, they told me my room was under maintenance and offered a cramped room on the third floor instead, asking me to pay them directly. The way they spoke and dealt with me didn't feel right, so I had to find another hotel that night. The front office guy showed total disregard for customers. I don't know what's so special about this shady place. Completely avoidable.

It's in a very convenient location, just a few metres from the prominent places, so it's easy to get around. The property is great, the staff excellent, and all the rooms are quite spacious and well maintained.

The hosts, including the owner and managers, were friendly, and the rooms were neat and decent. The location is ideal, right by Karol Bagh Market and 100 meters from Karol Bagh Metro Station. There's no restaurant or complimentary breakfast, but lots of dining choices are nearby, including several South Indian Restaurants within 200 meters.
