The room and bathroom were both neat and clean, and the service was good. The lobby was quiet and tidy too, so I felt safe walking around even at night, which isn't the case in some hotels. I really liked their masala tea, definitely try it. I usually find rooms dirty and places noisy, but this was a pretty good place to stay. I'd recommend visiting once, you may love it.

I'm from Bangladesh, and had booked a month ahead with a substantial advance payment. I checked with the relevant people several times and they confirmed the booking 100%. But when we arrived, they said foreigners weren't allowed and that they were trying to find us another hotel. After about two hours, they said higher authority had instructed them that we could stay. The hotel's rule was that we had to pay the entire remaining rent before entering the room. The room was a good length but not wide enough, and it felt completely sealed with no ventilation. One of the two AC units worked well enough. The bathroom floor wasn't good, though the receptionists behaved well. I strongly suggest they add proper ventilation to the rooms.

I stayed here with my family and we had a good experience. The property was neat and clean, the rooms were good, and the staff were polite and helpful. It's easy to reach by road or metro. Food quality could be better, though, and the tea wasn't good at all. Otherwise, the quality was okay.

For Punjabi Bagh West, the pricing is reasonable, and the rooms and toilets were clean and good. The reception could use a little more light and a more welcoming feel. It looks a bit shady, but otherwise it's a good place to stay.
