The room floor looked like it had never been mopped, and the room and bathroom were very dirty. The toilet wouldn’t flush. The TV had no connection, and the AC had no remote, so reception controlled it. They turned it off at night without telling us. When we asked them to turn it back on, they made excuses about the water motor running to fill the tank. Be aware.
I was in room 101 and barely slept last night because of a vibrating noise, like a heavy washing machine running. The owner and attendant didn’t carry my luggage either. It was a terrible night.
Really poor hotel. The room was bad, there was no hot water, and there was a rabbit inside.
I used to stay here whenever I visited Delhi, but they treated me as if I were a first-time guest, even though I urgently needed a place to stay. This one star is for their lack of understanding of loyalty. I can stay elsewhere and find better hospitality.
The staff are rude and disrespectful to customers, and there aren’t many facilities. Whenever we asked for anything, they raised their voices, shouted, and argued. Worst hotel.
