OYO 42622 Admiral Suites

There was no lock or key for the room, so I had to go out without being able to lock it. In the morning, there wasn't any water. The bedsheets were dirty, and when I asked, the staff refused to replace them. Cleaning was terrible, and the staff behaved badly. This was the worst stay of my life. I wouldn't recommend it.

The rooms were in terrible shape, with dirty sheets and linens, a horrible toilet, and a bad atmosphere. I couldn't stay even one night, though I paid, and management hasn't responded properly. Their attitude was pathetic. Untidy and awful, all cheats. Better to stay on the street than here.

The room hadn't been cleaned and seemed to have been used by someone before me. I had called six hours ahead to say when I'd check in, but they still didn't provide a towel, saying it was out of stock and would come in the morning. There was no warm water in the washroom during the cold winter, and the tap came loose while I was brushing my teeth. As usual, nobody at reception picked up when I called. I didn't complain because there seemed to be no chance of anything improving. The property owner needs to fix basic things so guests can feel comfortable. OYO is losing credibility and control over its properties, focusing on adding rooms instead of customer service. A pathetic experience at this OYO hotel.

My wife and I had a terrible experience at this OYO, the worst I've had at any hotel. Reception didn't respond properly. After paying, we were shown a third-class room, and the beds and sheets looked bad. Only one person handled all the rooms, service was poor, and there was no telephone. They didn't give us a room key either. When I called, they said I could go out and nobody would touch our bags. I also had to carry the luggage from the ground floor to the second floor. OYO really needs to check its hotels first.
