OYO Townhouse 245 Sunder Vihar

The rooms were unclean, full of mosquitoes, and I waited about two hours inside the hotel for them to assign me a better one. There was no tea service before 10:30am, can you imagine? 🤣🤣 The staff were unprofessional. Even after we called the hotel 1-2 days before check-in, they kept the location and hotel hidden from us. The name and location listed online were both wrong. Worst hotel I’ve seen in my life.

Our bed was broken, which made the stay uncomfortable and left us with tremendous back pain. The room wasn’t clean either, and the pillows were covered in stains. The staff were totally uncooperative. I’d never recommend this OYO to anyone. Think a thousand times before booking.

The location is the hotel’s only good point. The place was shabby, dirty, and stank, and the staff didn’t cooperate. All they seemed to care about was their daily payment. The beds smelled of moss, and the washrooms were badly managed. A pathetic place to stay.

Rats were running around the room, and the blanket had shoe marks on it. The receptionist was very rude. The bed was in terrible shape, with springs that made it uncomfortable to lie down. The food was poorly cooked and bad. They wouldn’t allow outside food, but what came from the kitchen wasn’t good either, so it was a waste of money.
