They charged my card despite providing no service. The front desk staff were rude and refused our check-in because my wife is from Delhi, claiming there was a policy for it that had no basis. We were left stranded at an inconvenient hour and had to find somewhere else to stay. The whole experience was completely unprofessional and discriminatory. Good riddance if it really has closed for good.

The parking is limited, so cars have to be left out on the road. It's also a little hard to find if you're not from South Delhi, since people don't seem to know the place very well. Staff courtesy was manageable, and the rooms seemed okay and comfortable. The ambiance is good. I tried only the vegetarian buffet, which was okay, and the food overall is okay. All in all, somewhere to hang out occasionally.

We stayed for 4 nights in November 2018. Our room was spacious and clean, but the Wi-Fi never worked there, so we had to go to the lobby or restaurant to get online. The front desk staff were polite and helpful, though not everyone spoke English. Restaurant service was 2/10. The food was expensive and tasteless. The morning buffet was okay, but service was another story. Even for coffee, we had to ask for hot water every morning, and the waiter seemed offended. On our last day, we took the kettle from the room downstairs ourselves.

There are 3 well maintained banquettes open for public functions, suitable for office meetings or small events of up to 150 people. The staff are lovely, and the property is new and modern. Rooms have modern amenities, and the food is great.

The hotel is nicely located between Shaheen Bagh and Apollo metro station, and the people working there are very good and do their jobs happily. I stayed three days and enjoyed them with Dr Vivek Bindra's team, plus one day with Dr Vivek Bindra. Breakfast, lunch, and the other arrangements were good. Everything was fine.
