There were mice running across the floor, cockroaches crawling around, and I woke up to bedbugs. The room was filthy, and the service was just as bad. Staff seemed indifferent to the condition of the place and to complaints. I've stayed in many places, but this was by far my worst experience. It felt like a health hazard and a disgrace to hospitality. Avoid it at all costs.

The area wasn't great, and the whole stay was a bad experience. The room and beds were unclean, and they didn't provide clean bedding. The toilet jet spray wasn't working either.

The service was okay, and the rooms were average, but I couldn't find the hotel on Google Maps.

The rooms are just okay for an overnight stay. The hygiene, though, was awful.

The staff were lousy and gave us a lot of trouble after we booked online. They might say we hadn't confirmed, that they don't provide rooms at that price and we have to pay extra, or that there are no rooms available.
