Treebo Rockwell Plaza

The food at the restaurant was good, and the complimentary breakfast was nice too. They could make it better by cleaning or replacing the table mats more regularly. The rooms were clean, the property was well maintained, and cleaning happened regularly. Staff handled requests over the phone without needing a reminder. Hot water for bathing after 10 am took hours to arrange, but they did provide it when asked and didn't charge us. They also gave us a heater free of charge, which was a nice gesture. The area might feel a little awkward if you're with family at first, depending on the person. Karolbaugh market is very close, though, so there's time for cheap shopping in the evening. For what we paid, staying here was worth it.

I had a hard time sleeping because I could hear everything happening at the front desk. My room was noisy and small.

The staff were helpful, which was the one good part. The place itself looked quite run down, with old, stained sheets, towels and curtains, plus a lot of rust.

The fan was so loud I couldn't sleep, and the AC was covered in dust, so turning it on felt risky. I also saw a few insects in the room and on the cot. Everything seemed dirty, including the towels and door mats. When staff or security saw you carrying four or five bags, they just watched without offering help.
