We booked four rooms, but they didn't look like the pictures. Rats were running around in two of them, and the AC room had a large hole about the size of a window that they'd covered with a curtain. If you're after a clean room, Roma dx isn't for you.

The location was good, but the staff were very rude. Their behavior at both check-in and check-out was completely inappropriate, and the rooms felt intensely suffocating.

The room was really dirty, there was no hot water, and most of the switchboards didn't work, only one did. When I complained, he said they couldn't help because I'd booked online. We were two people and asked for another blanket since the one provided was small and very thin, but he said there weren't any. Really bad hotel and service.

The peaceful feel and comfortable, spotless rooms made the stay really relaxing. The staff were attentive too. Roma Hotel has a warm atmosphere, and I'd happily come back.

The outside of the hotel looked nice, but inside everything was in really bad shape. The room and bed smelled awful, the bed was dirty, and the washroom seat wasn't hygienic either.
