OYO 22728 All Seasons Beach Classic

The staff were helpful and cooperative, but the hotel was lacking in basic amenities. Our deluxe room was very plain, with no electric kettle, and they couldn’t provide one when we asked. The restaurant only served breakfast, and there wasn’t even tea or coffee available. There’s an attached restaurant outside the hotel where the food tastes good, but it doesn’t open until 1 PM. Cleanliness was below average, and we had to deal with frequent swarms of ants. The hotel is quite far from Baga and Calangute beaches, with Baga about 3 km away, so don’t expect to walk to the beach whenever you feel like it. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

There are better hotels around. This one has no kitchen and no way to get tea or coffee. We paid for breakfast but weren’t served, even though we arrived well before serving time. They also charged more than the amount listed on the official website. I wouldn’t book here.

The staff need proper training. Service was painfully slow, room cleaning wasn’t regular, and the team didn’t seem coordinated. For breakfast, everyone had to wait 45 minutes to get a table. Our AC kept malfunctioning, and hotel staff came by again and again to check it without actually helping. The staff were very unprofessional, and this stay was extremely uncomfortable. I’ve stayed at other Fab hotels, but this was the worst one. It’s spoiling the Fab hotels name.

The hotel guys changed the dirty room linen, but my family still didn’t like the room, so we checked out in the morning and went to a different hotel. I lost the 700/- I’d paid to Fab in advance, then had to find another hotel in person and pay 2000/-. That worked out to 200/- * 5 days - 1000/-. And the inconvenience too.
