After checkout, my female friend was in pain from her period and asked to use the restroom, but the owner, Juliet, wouldn’t let her. She just said the rules were the rules. That was a cruel response. The accommodation was the worst I’ve experienced, and Juliet seemed greedy, charging for every little thing.
