Mr. Ravi, who looks after the guest house, was a good person, and we had a good, budget-worthy stay for three nights over Christmas Eve in December. The place is well located, and both the room and attached washroom were neat and clean. There weren't enough places to hang clothes or enough dustbins. When we asked for a bin, Mr. Ravi brought a bucket with a plastic bag, not a bin bag, to use instead, which didn't look good. The pool hours, 10 AM to 6 PM, could be extended to at least 8:00 PM.

We tried both the Deluxe Room and the Supreme Suite during our three days at Franria Villa Guest House. Ravin, the room attendant, was very kind and took excellent care of us. He even arranged an early check-in, which we really appreciated. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the swimming pool was fantastic for a relaxing dip in the morning and evening. For a budget-friendly Goa stay with calm surroundings and great service, Franria Villa is a must-visit.

We spent three days here with family and had a wonderful experience. The service was top-notch, and we didn't run into any issues. The rooms were clean and hygienic, which my parents liked. The location is good and makes it easy to get to nearby tourist spots. If you're planning a family stay, this is a great choice. It'll be my first pick for a future stay in Goa.

Caretaker Rabin went above and beyond to make us comfortable. He was always around, very helpful, and made sure we had what we needed. The villa itself was clean, peaceful, and surrounded by nature, just right for relaxing and spending time with loved ones. The interiors were spacious and well maintained, with all the amenities we needed, and the pool was clean, private, and refreshing. We had a wonderful stay.

The location made sightseeing easy, with major attractions and transport nearby. Our stay at Franria villa guest house was really enjoyable: the room was neat and clean, and the service was excellent throughout. Thank you, Mr Ravi, for your hospitality.
