If you’re mostly out exploring and don’t need much from the hotel, this is a good deal. We came with our children and had a good stay. The hotel is right in the market, with shops for essentials like bikes, liquor, flip-flops, tees, and shorts, plus nearby restaurants, lounges, and tattoo parlours. Calangute beach is about a five-minute walk away. The room was large and clean, with a good mattress and a tidy bathroom. The AC has no remote, so it’s either on or off. There’s a balcony with a table and two chairs, nice for breakfast or tea. They provided Biotique body wash and soaps. Breakfast was simple but filling, with Aloo Paratha, bread, butter, jam, and tea for two, served to the room. The staff were friendly. To get there, take a Kadama Bus from the airport for 150 per pax, get off at Calangute stop, then walk around 500 mts.

The rates were far too high for what you get, even 1000/- per day seems too much. The rooms were dirty, with cockroaches and rats, and the room service was awful. There’s no hotel kitchen or even an electric kettle for tea. Breakfast was horrible, the pool was dirty and stung badly, and the AC didn’t work as you’d want.
It was a really bad experience. The place was very dirty and clearly not maintained, and they didn’t provide mineral water. Don’t rely on the pictures, the difference is huge.
The rooms were average, the service was poor, and breakfast wasn’t good. There was no hot water, and the pool wasn’t clean.
