Resort Primo Bom Terra Verde

We had a nice stay at this beautiful, leafy resort. The garden atmosphere is relaxing, and it seems like a great place for families, couples, and kids. There were two things that spoiled the experience a little: there's no restaurant on site, so you have to sort out your own meals, and they shut the waiting room while we were waiting for our taxi. That felt unwelcoming at the end of an otherwise lovely stay. The property is great, but the hospitality could be better.

The room was about what I'd expect for the low price we paid, and the common areas were well maintained. The resort grounds, though, are what made the stay special: a lake, colorful flowers, fish in the water, and such a peaceful, refreshing feel. It was lovely waking up to that view and spending time around the property. We stayed four nights and five days. The towel situation was inconsistent. On the first day we got a clean, proper towel, but the one left the next day felt like a wiping cloth and wasn't suitable after a bath. I asked the staff for a proper towel, and they provided normal ones for the remaining three days. Guests staying several days depend on basic things like clean towels. Having to buy one separately just to feel hygienic makes it hard to trust the regular room service. The resort's scenery and ambience are excellent and the main reason to stay, but towel service needs to be more consistent.

The cottage needed more attention: some electrical fixtures were broken, and the kettle didn't work properly. The pool being open only from 9 AM to 6 PM also felt limiting when guests spend the day out exploring, and I'd like the water features around the property to be cleaned to the same standard as the pool. We spent three nights at this peaceful eco-resort near Baga, away from the North Goa crowds. The grounds are lovely for morning walks, and the property has a lot of potential. The maintenance team needs to be more proactive.

The pool was clean, and the location is convenient and accessible. For the price, the rooms were pretty good, so the stay was decent overall. But don't choose a wooden cottage unless you're prepared to share it with lizards and cockroaches, which were in both of ours. The staff were rude and the reception wasn't helpful. We stayed four nights, and spent two of them without AC while they kept postponing maintenance and putting off moving us to another room. Pool hours are 9 to 6.30 PM. The staff were close to useless.
