I’ve been at Rajmahal Resort since 15th Apr, and it feels like staying in my own home. The attendants do their jobs sincerely and try their best to provide good service within their rules and protocols. As a guest, I’ve been very satisfied, and the resort is easy for tourists to reach.

The rooms look old and poorly maintained, and the resort feels more like a lodge. Food was the worst, and there seemed to be only four people serving everyone. Staff behavior was unprofessional, service was slow, and the options were limited. They kept making mistakes and saying sorry, without showing much courtesy.

The food was delicious, and the beautiful surroundings made us very happy with the resort. Everything was better than we expected. All the staff were wonderful, especially *Avtar*, *Tapan*, and *Chinu*, who did a marvelous job throughout our stay. A huge thank-you for their kindness and gracious service. Highly recommend.

Mr. Alok Jana, the Hotel Manager, was very kind and cooperative. Our room, number 212, was quite good, and it was kept neat and clean. The TV wasn’t working, though, and we found a torn bedsheet. Please address those issues while continuing to treat guests courteously and professionally.

The bathroom tap was leaking, and both the food and service were very poor. The food was bad and unhygienic, and the staff were rude. Hotel management had promised two hours of free liquor as part of the package, but when I checked in, they said it wasn’t included.
