We had a lovely stay with no issues. I'd read reviews mentioning water leaks and hesitated about booking, but the host assured me those problems had been fixed, and everything was fine while we were there. The house is air-conditioned throughout, and my favorite part was the bedroom balcony with its great view. Guests can also use the swimming pool for free, which adds value. Worth every penny, I'd recommend it and wouldn't regret booking.

I stayed for a whole month, and the fully equipped kitchen was a big plus. It's pet-friendly too, and my cats loved sitting out on the balcony in the evenings. Nihal, the owner, and Gracy, the caretaker, were super friendly and suggested lots of good places to eat and explore. It's a comfortable place right in the middle of the hub. Highly recommended.

Good value for a nice room, with useful amenities like a water filter that saved us quite a bit, plus a refrigerator and microwave. The owner was polite and cooperative. It's close to all the beaches, has a swimming pool, and the air conditioning is well maintained. Paisavasool.

We stayed three nights in this peaceful budget apartment. It's moderately clean and had no disturbances. There are basic things for cooking, including a fridge, induction stove, knife, and cookware, plus an Aquaguard. You can rent a bike there, and the market and department store are a two-minute walk away. The AC wasn't working, though we didn't need it at this time. Since it's an apartment and not a hotel, bring your own bedsheet, blanket, towel, and soap.

This has been my best stay in Goa so far. The home was neat, tidy, beautiful, and spacious, with a clean swimming pool and plenty of room in the compound. Thanks, Nihal, for letting me book it. Beaches and good restaurants are nearby.
