The rooms were dusty and dirty when we arrived, and even a simple order meant calling the front desk three or four times. The staff seemed disorganized, and it felt like we were the ones managing them instead of being looked after. The poor service and upkeep spoiled the atmosphere. I wouldn't recommend the place unless housekeeping and response times improve.

Richita is in a great spot, just a two-minute walk from the beach, but our rooms were awful. I can't speak for every room, but the ones assigned to us were very dirty, and we had to switch rooms twice. Even the final room still had a broken flush and basin tap, a broken clothes hook, and a very dirty bedsheet. I was really disappointed with this 'resort'.

It's quiet and peaceful here, and the beach is an easy walk away. The rooms have a few small issues, but for the money I think it's worth it. This place is okay.

I was misled by the very high ratings on the hotel booking site, and learned to check Google ratings and reviews before booking. The pictures on Booking.com are very old, and, based on the check-in pin, the receptionist or the owner himself posts glowing reviews and top ratings. I don't think that's acceptable.

The only good thing was the beach being within walking distance. The staff were friendly, and when we asked, they gave us a different room. It was better than the first one, though still not worth what we paid, 2.1k per night. The rooms looked nothing like the Google photos and weren't clean. The building needs renovation: broken switchboards and false ceiling, a dirty commode, a dusty ceiling fan, broken bathroom door, and taps at the washbasin that didn't work. The towels weren't fresh, and there was no hot water in the evening. I suspect the positive reviews are from friends or relatives. DO NOT BOOK THIS STAY!! We had the worst experience.
