Our things didn’t feel secure here. My Samsung S24 Ultra went missing during the stay, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious security concerns. The room was extremely dirty, and the bathroom was disgusting and unhygienic, with basic cleanliness and professionalism lacking. Since we don’t understand Hindi, staff spoke disrespectfully about us, mocked us, and questioned our nationality in an offensive way. Their behaviour felt aggressive and threatening. This was a very bad, unsafe experience, and I strongly advise people not to visit this resort. Management needs to address security, staff conduct, and hygiene immediately.

We were a group of friends hoping to enjoy and explore Goa, but the resort’s poor service delayed our plans every day. During just two nights, we had electricity problems, water shortages, and an AC that wasn’t working, and our rooms were changed four times. When we asked for help, the receptionist was angry. A very bad experience.

The room quality was cheap and poor, with dirt and dust everywhere. It felt like an old local lodge. We had to change rooms more than four times because of AC complaints, electricity issues, power shortages, and other problems. Their package was so bad there was no support, and the receptionist behaved very badly. A really bad experience.

The staff treated us respectfully, and the food came at the times they told us. But we booked two rooms, and one had no TV while the TV in the other didn’t work. Neither room had a working charging holder, and both were full of red ants 🐜🐜.

Staying here felt like staying on a platform. The service and hospitality were very poor, so it was just a waste of money and time. Please look for another good resort in Goa, and don’t visit places like this.
