Townhouse Oak Kris Dane'S Resort Near Candolim Beach

My family and young kids had a terrible time when reception refused to give us rooms at the last minute, even though I'd booked through Oyo. I had to book the same resort again, this time at double the price I'd already paid to Oyo. They play games to get extra money. The service is pathetic. The toilets' drainage didn't work, the rooms are very old, and there weren't even buckets or glasses in the room. They also charged us for the plates they provided. Worst resort I've ever visited.

I booked a month before my check-in and got confirmation, but when I arrived the property manager said he hadn't received anything from OYO and refused the booking. He told me to contact customer service. OYO customer care spoke to the manager and tried to get him to give us a room, but he still declined. While this was going on, I saw other guests checking in after paying more than we had. It looked like the hotel only accepts higher booking amounts, not the online price shown on the booking or Oyo app. Don't trust this hotel. You could end up wasting your time and money and in a lot of trouble.

Don't waste your money or valuable time here. We stayed three nights and four days. The rooms were clean at check-in, but no one came to clean them during those three days, and there was no room service at all. The balcony was dirty like a drain. The room didn't have a duplex or large bed, just two beds pushed together, which made sleeping uncomfortable. Food was too expensive and restless. The TV didn't work, the property was badly maintained, the pool wasn't very clean, and there was no parking. The resort isn't worth it. Don't choose Oyo either, all their hotels and resorts are bakwaas.

We booked three months before our visit, but ten days before the stay the manager said the hotel had been sold for those dates and told us to cancel. Don't book here. They'll mess you around and you'll end up suffering.
