I'd been worried after reading some online reviews, but once I arrived I felt welcome and comfortable. The staff were professional and very cooperative. I think the hotel offers good value for its price. After talking with the team, I felt that some negative reviews might be related to problems with guests' travel agencies or expectations that don't match the price. Special thanks to the GM and Shree for their guidance, they made my trip memorable. I'd recommend the hotel for a good stay and service.

We stayed from 27th to 29th March and had a fantastic experience. I haven't felt this comfortable or welcomed before. The ambiance and service were outstanding, and the team was supportive, cooperative, and energetic. They took care of every need with a smile. Mr. Shree (Amacha Dombivalikar) deserves a special mention. He was very polite, professional, and built a wonderful rapport with guests. His warm manner added a personal touch to our stay. I'd highly recommend the hotel for its comfort, service, and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you for making the visit so memorable.

I booked Fabhotel Tranquil through agoda 25 days ahead and planned a family vacation to Goa. OC4p3Y was my booking ID. The day before check-in, hotel staff called to say the booking had been cancelled because of an internal issue between the owner and fab company, and offered alternative rooms. They assured me we'd definitely get a room at FABhotel SKY, booking ID 8FBHLW. They said it was much better and accessible from the main road. The next day, I took my family straight from south Goa to FABhotel SKY by taxi. The manager said every room was full and asked us to pay an extra 1000 INR for rooms on the spot, or they would request a refund. We had a pathetic experience with FAB HOTELS. I have an infant, and asked both the manager and fab hotel customer care to allot us a room since the agoda booking had been confirmed 25 days earlier. I wasted almost 3-4 hours, then contacted a friend and moved to a villa for shared accommodation. Please don't book via Agoda. If you do, get double confirmation from agoda and fabhotel or you may be scammed.

The check-in and check-out were smooth, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The location made it easy to get to nearby shops and attractions. My room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the staff were friendly and ready to help with a smile. For a 3-star hotel, my stay exceeded expectations.

At Hotel Tranquil Inn, the breakfast buffet had a great variety and the food was delicious. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location also made it convenient to explore the city. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it for a comfortable visit 👍
