The staff said they had no fresh linens, and that the owner wouldn’t replace the old, worn-out mattresses. During our winter stay there was no hot water at all, since they rely only on solar heaters; the geyser was broken. Water seeped into the bathroom, which was disgusting. Termite eggs fell from the walls onto the pillows, and fungus was actively growing around the place. The online pictures were a complete scam. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel and FabHotels.

There were problems with the rooms at first, but the staff later worked with us and gave us nice ones. They were kind and humble, and we had a nice stay.

Worst hotel ever. The room and bathroom setup makes no sense. At a beach place, people’s clothes are going to get wet, but there’s nowhere to hang them. And if there’s a pool, guests will use it, so please make some arrangements. The toilet barely works, you have to flush it 100 times.

The price was reasonable for monsoon season, and we had a good experience in Goa thanks to the friendly staff and atmosphere. We stayed four days with friends, and breakfast was included. The desk staff were lovely and even waited until midnight for our arrival. The swimming pool felt completely safe. The TV signal was out for our whole stay, though, and they didn’t clean the rooms daily.

We’d already paid 1100 for a room booked through OYO for last Friday, but when we arrived the hotel said rooms were going for 2000 and refused to honor our price. The hotel staff were rude. We contacted OYO, who kept asking us to wait. We got there at 11 and waited until 1, but we had kids with us, so we booked somewhere else and left. Neither the hotel nor OYO gave us our money back. It was a terrible experience with both. Please be careful booking here, or your trip could be ruined.
