Sejal made a big difference for us. She was warm and attentive, and went out of her way to make sure everything was right. We’d asked for a floating breakfast, and the team arranged it quickly without any fuss. The resort was peaceful, beautiful, and well looked after, which made it easy to relax. Everyone was helpful throughout our stay at Andores Resort and Spa. We had a great time and would happily come back. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a restful stay.

The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the food throughout was top notch. We spent plenty of time by the pool enjoying what the hotel offered, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We were there over Christmas and New Year for a family 60th birthday. The place was just the right size for us to enjoy time together, with enough room to get away for a bit too. The beach is about a 5-10 minute walk, depending on mobility, and there are lots of beach snacks to try.

We appreciated the complimentary cake the resort gave us for our anniversary. Our pool-facing room was beautiful, and we loved the view, pool area, and general atmosphere. The food was excellent, and the rest of the staff were genuinely warm and welcoming. The spa treatments were good as well. What spoiled things was the person at the spa booking desk. He was dismissive and very rude, with a manner that felt completely out of place for this resort. It dampened what should have been a special stay. That one interaction is why I’m giving four stars instead of five. The rest of the team worked hard, but his behaviour took away from the experience.

We could really switch off and relax here. The service was warm, attentive, and professional without feeling intrusive, and the whole property was beautifully kept, down to the details. Staying at Andores Resort & Spa in St. Goar felt peaceful and stylish, almost like stepping into another world. It was a lovely place to breathe and unwind, and we can wholeheartedly recommend this hidden gem.

Melfred and Sejal were especially hospitable. The resort is beautiful, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. Thanks for the complimentary surprises that made our special day a little more special.
