Blue Stay Inn Holiday Home - Near Baga Calangute Beach

The location was the best part, very close to Baga and Tito's lane. Host Dheeraj and the owner are reachable by phone 24x7 and helped us with everything. We loved our stay and thought it was really good value for money.

Our family vacation was completely spoiled. I wouldn’t recommend this place for families or couples. The rooms were dirty, dusty, and had no hygiene maintenance. The room was also stinking badly. The extra bed was such poor quality that sleeping on the floor would have been better. We were charged 1.8k per room for 4pax, but nobody told us about the beds beforehand. There were no bedsheets, the AC didn’t work properly, and the TV was useless because there was no recharge. The extra bedsheets were no use either. We got rashes and allergies from the extra bed, and we’re suffering from skin rashes and allergies. The photos of the rooms may be new, but the condition now is very dirty and dusty. We had high expectations, but it felt like a waste of money. After taking payment, the owner wouldn’t refund us so we could check out and get other rooms. The owner was very rude and manipulative, and not guest friendly. I told the owner about these problems and got a rude response. There were no hospitality standards, it felt like a slum. The materials provided were very unhygienic. The staff person, however, was polite and helpful and did what he could.

We stayed here with 15 people on a business tour and had a very good experience. I’d recommend it for group vacations. 👍🏻👍🏻
