Vila Goesa Beach Resort

At Villa Goesa, the place was kept up nicely, and the atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable from the moment I arrived. I had a peaceful, relaxing stay and found the rooms clean. The staff were warm and helpful, and the overall setting made for an easy, stress-free break. I came away with a good memory of the stay and would recommend it to someone after a relaxing holiday.

Breakfast was a real highlight, with good quality and taste, and the greenery around the resort gave it a calming feel. We found it a peaceful option for a family stay, close to Baga Beach but away from much of the crowd and noise. Vila Goesa Beach Resort is just behind the beach, which made getting there convenient. The main thing that could be better is room service, as response times and service management need improvement. Still, for a quiet stay near Baga Beach, I would recommend it for the location and peaceful surroundings.

The rooms weren't clean and the service was poor. They said the staff shortage was because employees were away on leave. If you're mainly looking for somewhere to sleep while spending the day out on vacation, though, this place can work.

The night staff member Ralph was very cooperative, but the rest of our experience was very bad. The food was below average: stale bread, salty egg bhurji, and coffee with more water than milk. We were six male friends with two rooms booked for two nights, but were put in the last building, around 200-300m from the gate and separated from the nicer part of the property. We asked to move to the building by the pool. First they said all the buildings were full, though we could see many vacant rooms. Then the manager quoted 400/- extra per room per day, but reception said 1000/- per room per day when he called. It seemed they assumed six men would make a mess for other guests. The AC in one room didn't work, so they gave us one room near the pool. The ambience was good, but service was terrible.
