There's no food served at the property, though they own a beach shack about five minutes away where you can eat as much as you like. The grounds are beautiful and lush, and everything was spotless. The rooms are simple and the atmosphere is low key and family-like, just what we wanted. A lovely little gem in Candolim.

We were four bachelors and got a large room at a reasonable price during the busy season, with a swimming pool as a nice extra. The room was neat and clean, and the owner, mam and sir, gave friendly service. They also let us adjust checkout to suit our plans. The villa's Candolim beach side location made it easy to get around Goa. We had a fantastic stay and would recommend it for couples or groups.

The food was quite basic and the same each day, unfortunately. The staff were positive, the rooms and grounds were clean, and the swimming pool was good. The walk to the beach takes about five minutes. The trail might not be the cleanest, but by local standards I'd give it 4/5.

There are several cats around and a pool on site. The rooms are a decent size and all seem to have balconies, with affordable rates too. I don't think they serve food. It can be a little tricky to find, but the location is handy enough for getting to other tourist spots.

The villa's location was amazing, within walking distance of colangute beach. My room was clean and very nice, and room service was good. The staff were cooperative too. I had a wonderful time there last week and would stay again on my next visit to Goa.
