We booked a 2 bhk apartment, and it easily has room for six people. It’s a beautiful property with apartment-style residential stays, an in-house restaurant, a pool, centrally supplied hot water, and plenty of parking. Staff were very nice, and I liked staying here enough to plan a return. Petnam Beach is 700Meter away, and if you want to go cafe hopping, good cafes and restaurants are about a five-minute walk away.

The room, service, and breakfast buffet were amazing. Dinner, though, was average. A great place to stay at Patnem beach, and Palolem beach is only 2 km away.

It’s an old style hotel with spacious rooms and wash rooms, kept clean and hygenic. The service level needs to catch up with changing times and customer behaviour patterns.

I booked The Tubaki Resort for 4th and 5th October and was really happy with the property, rooms, and food. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the hotel is close to the beach. Thank you for the wonderful service.

The rooms are spacious, but the service is terrific in the worst way. It feels like the staff are doing us a free favour. The waiters' attitude is on another level: for à la carte, if you ask for plates, they tell you to get them from another table in the name of self-service. So you’re expected to fetch your own plates and spoons and serve yourself. I complained, but it didn’t seem to make any difference.
