The staff were friendly and helpful, and purified drinking water was available for free. Water ran well in the toilets, which were clean, bright, and ventilated. The rooms were also clean and got cleaned every day. It felt safe, and for a budget stay it was good value. I’d recommend it for families with kids too.

I booked through the Agoda app and had a disappointing surprise. The room was small, didn’t match what was shown in the app, and the bed wasn’t king size. The fan regulator was broken, and the price was too high for that room. Wi-Fi was also unavailable, even though the Agoda app listed it.

There were problems with the food, electricity, and room service. The power kept going out, and it was a hassle. 😡😡😡
