The fitness center was well maintained, and the hotel had a peaceful feel throughout. I also enjoyed the restaurant food, while housekeeping kept everything spotless. The amenities were great, and the location made it easy to explore the city. What really stood out was hotel manager Harish Chand. He checked in personally, suggested local places to eat and things to do, and made sure my room was up to my expectations. He went out of his way to make the stay comfortable. The hotel was clean, modern, and nicely decorated, and I was welcomed warmly and professionally when I arrived. Staff were attentive too. I had an exceptional stay and would gladly return. Harish Chand’s leadership clearly showed in the service, and I highly recommend the hotel if you’re looking for top-notch hospitality.

The main downside for me was the location. Otherwise, it’s a nice little hotel that seems to work hard to keep its standards up. The rooms and reception area are good, the decor is great, and it’s very clean. There’s a gym, sauna (closed when we visited), indoor heated pool, children’s play area, and games room for adults. The restaurant is nice too.

The soothing ambience and remarkable view made a lovely impression. We were welcomed warmly, and the staff were polite and kind throughout. Room service was available whenever we needed it, and the hospitality was amazing. I’d recommend it to my dear ones. Thank you.

The food portions are tiny and the prices are steep. Even a tawa roti is 75 rupees, and the naan is very small. We waited an hour for restaurant food, then left without eating. Rooms are costly too, and there’s no bar. It’s far from Mall Road and any lively part of mussorie, with no view. Better avoid this place.

A great family stay, with a breathtaking ambience and themed touches that make every corner feel different. The cafeteria staff were really helpful and the food tasted good. Housekeeping was incredibly quick, literally 30 seconds.
