Service was fine for a budget hotel, but you can't just walk in late at night. You need to have a booking.

We couldn't sleep because the mosquitoes were such a problem. The lift lights also went out when its doors closed. On top of that, the electronic lock wasn't working, so staff used keys to get into the room and I worried about the safety of our luggage.

We booked in December, during the off-season. The hotel is in Transport Nagar, in the city, and public transport is easy to find nearby, though there isn't much to do around the property. It's a pure vegetarian place, and the staff were very polite. When we asked, they immediately agreed that we could order food from outside. Our executive room was spacious and clean, with a nice table, storage, a king-size bed, cushioned chairs, and the other amenities. Breakfast was complimentary, good, and unlimited. They served it in our room, and the staff happily brought generous portions. I think they also arrange a buffet when the hotel is busy, probably in peak season. The menu included stuffed aloo pyaz tandoori parantha, potato gravy sabji, Indian yogurt, poha, bread pakora, sandwiches, fruit, and tea, coffee, or milk.

Martina took time to chat with us about our stay and help us, and the check-in went well. The food and drinks were wonderful, too. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly with “Namaste.” It made for a very pleasant experience, and the hotel is absolutely good.
