Red Fox Hotel Dehradun

Restaurant service was extremely good, especially thanks to Naveen and Nitin, who were a great help. The breakfast and dinner buffets had a great mix of regional and other cuisines, and parking was ample. The rooms are basic, but fair for the price. We had a decent stay at Red fox dehradun over the Republic Day long weekend. The hotel sits in a prime spot on Rajpur Road, away from traffic points but still on a busy stretch of Dehradun. Getting to it felt a little odd because there's another hotel in the same complex. Construction on the first floor continued until 10 pm, which was a pain for guests, and we hadn't been told about it beforehand.

The rooms were clean and had plenty of amenities, and it seems like a newly built property. Good rooms in a great location, and the service was great. Check-in and check-out could be better, and the breakfast buffet was good but could improve.

The restaurant serves tasty food with good service, and my overall stay was comfortable and satisfying. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and have the necessary amenities, though I wouldn't call them very luxurious. There's a gym on the first floor. The parking lot is quite big, and the location is quiet. Coming from Rajpur Road, you pass hotel Aketa first, then Red Fox; you can see Hotel Aketa from the room window. There was a garment sale in the big ground-floor hall, which is also used for weddings. My TV stopped working; a staff member somehow got it going, but the same issue came back the next day, so I gave up on it.

Kajal, Vineetu Manisha and Naveen were especially hardworking and polite in the restaurant, and they helped make the stay memorable for my family. The front office and restaurant teams were so courteous and helpful that they made an already good hotel feel awesome. Thanks so much, guys. Keep it up, keep growing, and all the best 👍
