We could watch both sunrise and sunset from the hotel, after the management took time to show us the property's special features. That made the stay memorable. The team also responded immediately when we made a last-minute request for a small bonfire during the Bhogi festival, which felt thoughtful and culturally considerate. Service around meals was organized and professional, and staff were consistently warm and courteous. The ambience and hospitality were at a high standard throughout. I came away confident recommending this hotel and will certainly promote it to more guests. A comfortable, memorable stay.

The room had dust on the tables and other surfaces, and that added to an already disappointing stay. Service was polite and the location is great, but the food let everything down. It was extremely oily and greasy, and breakfast was badly prepared, with no freshness or lightness. Even the cut fruit looked sad. I asked for scrambled eggs and got dry egg bhurji instead. At this price, that's very disappointing. They need a major overhaul of the food and beverage operation and should learn from hotels that do it well.

The view was breathtaking, the rooms were very clean, and the interior was so pretty. Ruchi mam welcomed us graciously and was kind and polite. Ispaak sir, Hemant sir and piyush sir were also very helpful and courteous, as was the rest of the staff. The food was exceptional and the service was amazing. We had no problems or complaints, and we're grateful for everyone's help. I highly recommend visiting if you're in mussoorie. It was a beautiful place and an amazing experience.

The service was attentive and courteous without hovering, and I spent some of my best evenings having hot drinks and taking in the scenery from different spots around the property. At night the softly lit paths and quiet atmosphere made it feel tucked away in a peaceful hillside hideaway. The rooms are spacious, clean and thoughtfully laid out, with a comfortable mix of hillside charm and convenience. I loved having tea on the balcony in the cool air. The window and balcony views were striking, from golden morning light over the valley to clouds moving past distant peaks at dusk. High above Mussoorie, the property looks out across valleys and faraway Himalayan ridges. Greenery, morning mist and a gentle breeze gave it a calm, almost magical feel. Inside, the warm welcome and tasteful décor suited the natural surroundings. It's a lovely place to unwind, reconnect with nature and soak up the views.
