We had a superb three-day family stay, with great service from the team and a breakfast spread with plenty of tasty choices. Dami deserves a special mention for sharing all the hotel details and making check-in easy. EMPEE also helped arrange our meals perfectly and did an excellent job keeping the room clean. The checkout took more than 45 minutes, so that process needs improvement. Aside from that wait, it was a wonderful experience and I’d recommend the hotel.

Our conference went smoothly thanks to the Fortune Select Hotel team. They coordinated everything well, handled preparations at the last minute, and stayed patient, positive, and professional throughout. Several requirements came up late, but every department remained supportive and ready to help. Their efforts made the event successful and stress-free for our guests, who had a comfortable, memorable stay. Thanks for all the hospitality. We hope to work together again.

Aman from housekeeping was especially kind, soft spoken, and quick to respond whenever we needed something. The rest of the staff were courteous and helpful too. Our room and bathroom were spotless, the pool was clean and relaxing, and we enjoyed the restaurant’s tasty food and good variety. We had a comfortable, hassle-free stay at ITC Fortune in Candolim, Goa. The hotel has all the facilities we needed, and I’d recommend it if you’re visiting Candolim.

Breakfast was the highlight, with an amazing spread, quality food, and helpful, polite staff. Mr. Pritam from food and beverages was kind and welcoming. We were pleased with the service throughout, and found the staff cooperative, the rooms well maintained, and the food good. We’d recommend coming here to enjoy the lovely setting and stay.

Mr Ujjal, the Fnb manager, was a gentle person, and his excellent communication made me happy. Gopal also gave awesome service, drawing on his experience. All the staff were nice, the service was great, and the food was delicious. Thank you, especially pabitra,sagar,barnajyoti.
