The staff were humble, and the hotel room was very nice.

A complete waste of money, and the worst place I’ve stayed. Even basic toiletries weren’t provided, and the towels were torn and damaged, with chewing gum on one of them. The water served to guests wasn’t clean. I’m vegetarian, but they gave us non-veg breakfast. When we asked for vegetarian food, all they offered was tea and toast, saying there weren’t other vegetarian guests staying there. The pool was dirty, the TV didn’t work, and housekeeping didn’t answer our calls in the evening. At checkout, they charged us for damaged items they had provided, even though we hadn’t damaged them. You pay for everything and get none of the amenities in return.

Dirty, low-standard hotel. The bedsheets and pillows were dirty, water cost 40 per bottle, the rooms were damaged, and customer care was bad.

I'd never stay here again. The pool water hadn't been changed, and the place was contaminated. It's run entirely by outsiders and isn't licensed by saldanha palms society.
